| Directions | In a large soup pot, combine the sausage, water, tomatoes, okra, and garlic salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and then reduce the heat to low. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer 20 to 25 minutes, or until the rice is tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 4-6 servings |
