Crispy Ranch Chicken 2 - Recipe

Directions

Mix cereal (crushed slightly), ranch mix, & Parmesan cheese together. Dip chicken in egg whites, then in mixture to coat.

Bake at 350° on greased cookie tray till golden brown (30-35 min.)

(Turn over after about 15 min.)

-		4 Boneless chicken breasts (thawed, flatten slightly)
-		1 package ranch dressing mix (dry) (1 ounce Package)
-		2 cups rice crispy cereal
-		1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-		2 egg whites (beaten)
