 | | Directions | | In a large pot, put the tomato juice, cloves, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, uncooked rice, pepper, salt, celery salt, green pepper, onion and garlic. Mix well. Shape into small balls and place into tomato juice mixture.
