Microwave Tortilla Casserole - Recipe

Directions

Microwave beef and onion on high. Stir every 2 minutes until beef is no longer pink. Drain.

Stir in sauce and tortillas. Put half of mixture in a 2 1/2 quart microwave dish. Add half of sour cream and cheese. Repeat layers.

Cook at 70% power 10 minutes. Let stand 2-4 minutes.

-		1 onion, chopped (medium)
-		1 packet taco seasoning mix
-		8 ounces tomato sauce
-		6 corn tortillas, halved & cut inch 1 inch strips
-		2 cups sour cream
-		1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-		1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
