| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 475°. Arrange shrimp in a baking dish. Sauté garlic in butter and olive oil, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly, then start cooking the pasta. When the pasta is half-way cooked, pour the garlic/herb mixture over shrimp, and broil for 2 to 3 minutes. Spoon the shrimp mixture over the cooked pasta, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. |
