SAUSAGE JAMBALAYA - Recipe

Directions
Brown sausage. Cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces. Pour off all all but 2 tablespoons drippings. Brown onions in remaining drippings. Add tomatoes, rice and peppers. Season to taste. Add sausage, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Can use 1 lb. browned ground beef instead of sausage.

-2 onions, chopped (large)
-3 cups canned tomatoes
-1 cup chopped bell pepper
-3 cups cooked rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
