Brown ground chuck, onions and bell pepper. Add Rotel tomatoes, tomato paste, frozen okra and water. Cook at medium heat for 20 minutes. Mix cornbread mix according to directions on box. Put meat mixture in 9x13 baking pan. Cover with cornbread mix. Bake at 400F until cornbread is done, about 20-25 minutes.
-2 pounds ground chuck
-1 package frozen okra (32 ounce pkg)
-2 onions, diced (medium)
-1 bell pepper, diced
-4 chopped green onions
-2 cans Rotel tomatoes medium hot
-2 cans tomato paste (small cans)
-2 cups water
-3 boxes cornbread mix, like Jiffy
