Thaw spinach, chop onion. Cook onion in oil until tender., Whisk eggs with milk, basil, salt and pepper. Add spinach, onion, turkey, bread crumbs and lemon juice. Mix well. Form mixture into 9x5 loaf pan. Brush loaf with ketchup and bake 30 minutes. Baste loaf with melted butter and bake, basting occasionally until well browned, about 30 to 40 minutes more.
