Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Stir together marmalade, 2 T. teriyaki sauce, rice wine vinegar and pepper flakes. Set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Shape into a 4x7 inch loaf and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and pour marmalade mix over. Bake another 20 minutes, until done. Let cool slightly before slicing.

-2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
-2/3 cup orange marmalade
-2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
-1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
-1 1/2 pounds ground beef
-1 cup soft breadcrumbs
-1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
-1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
-1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
-2 teaspoons minced garlic
-1 egg (large)
-2 more T. teriyaki sauce
