| | Directions | | In a blender combine the first six ingredients: cover and process until smooth. Save 1/4 cup. Pour remaining sauce into a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and marinate overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken for 10-12 min each side or till done. On bottom half of roll or croissant, layer lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken. Drizzle with reserved sauce. Spread with mayo if desired. ENJOY! |
