Mix popcorn, M&Ms & peanuts. Cook or microwave the marshmallows, butter & oil until marshmallows melt. Cook one minute longer & pour over the popcorn mixture. Mix thoroughly. Press into a well-buttered tube or bundt pan. Cool & turn out onto a serving plate. Cut with a serrated knife.
-16 cups popped popcorn, cooled
-16 ounces M&Ms
-10 ounces salted peanuts
-1 package mini marshmallows (16 ounce bag)
-1/2 cup butter or margarine
-1/2 cup veg. oil
