Cabbage Rolls - Recipe

Wash cabbage leaves and steam or boil them to soften. Mix ground pork, Shiitake, carrot, and onion in a bowl. Season with pepper and salt and mix further. Divide the pork mixture into 8 portions. Put one portion of pork mixture on a cabbage leaf and roll it. Close the roll with a toothpick. Make 8 cabbage rolls. Place cabbage rolls in a large pan. Pour chicken soup stock and soy sauce in pan. Simmer the cabbage rolls on low heat until meat is cooked. Makes 4 servings

-1 carrot, minced

-2 cups chicken soup stock
-1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
