Italian Sausage Soup 2 - Recipe

Directions
*I like to use hot Italian sausage or a combination of hot and sweet Italian sausage.

Variations: Sometimes I add a can of sliced black olives.

If you like pasta in your soup, you can add 1 cup of cooked rotini.

Note: Do not add uncooked pasta to the soup. It will soak up too much of the broth!

 
 
Ingredients
-12 ounces Italian sausage* (browned and drained)
-2 cans artichoke hearts (drained) (14 ounce cans)
-3 cans Italian tomatoes (14 ounce cans)
-1 package dry onion soup mix
-4 1/2 cups water
-1 each Italian seasoning, oregano, and basil (1/2 teaspoon each)
