| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 450°. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes or until softened. Add apples, dried fruit, chestnuts, herbs and a little water. Cook 2-3 minutes or until the water evaporates. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and leave to cool. |
