Melt butter. Add all ingredients together except the grated cheese. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Place back in oven and bake 10- 15 more minutes or until done.
-1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
-8 ounces sour cream
-1/2 cup butter, melted
-1 package whole kernel corn, frozen (8 ounce package)
-1 can cream style corn (15 ounce can)
-1/2 cup Milk
-2 Eggs
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
