| | Directions | | Cream butter with mixer at high speed. Add sugar and heat until light. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat at high speed until fluffy. Add flour, which has been combined with double acting baking powder, alternately with milk and beat until smooth. Add flavoring. Pour batter into cake tins, that have been well greased on sides, and sprinkled with flour. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. |
