Boil the potatoes, cool and dice into salad bowl, rubbed with garlic. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Season to taste and arrange in baking dish. Arrange frankfurters on top and bake at 350° to heat up the franks and salad.
Note: This salad may also be served with a tomato sauce. Arrange salad in ring mold and make the sauce for center, by cooking until thick: 1 1/3 cup canned tomatoes, 1 onion, minced, 1 tsp minced parsley, 1 1/4 tsp salt and a dash of paprika.
