| | Directions | | Peel and boil 10 pounds of potatoes. Rice and mash them adding salt and butter. Measure 4 cups of mashed potatoes with 1 1/2 cups flour. Make 12 patties. Roll on lefse board and bake on lefse plate. This makes about 3 1/2 dozen. |
