Directions
Add enough water to broth to measure 2 1/2 cups. Bring to a boil in medium sauce pan.

Stir in rice, margarine, onion, and red pepper flakes. Cover tightly and simmer 15-20 minutes.

Remove from heat. Let stand covered until all liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.

Stir in parsley and basil. Sprinkle with red pepper.
