| | Directions | | Place bread and cheese in buttered 9x13" casserole, in alternate layers. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings and pour over bread & cheese mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. (May be longer). Ham (cubed) may be added to bread & cheese mixture before adding the eggs and milk. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Serve immediately. May be reheated. If ham is added, omit the salt. |
