| | Directions | | Mix flour, baking powder, cornstarch, salt, egg, oil and water until smooth. Dip chicken into batter. Fry in hot oil on both sides, until golden brown. Drain excess oil, and return to skillet. Pour sweet and sour sauce over nuggets and fry 30 seconds longer. Serve immediately. |
