Place fillets in baking pan. Mix mayonnaise and mustard and spread over each fish fillet. Bake uncovered at 350°F until the fish is opaque and the top is golden brown. Kids love this recipe even though it's fish!
-1 pound Nile Perch fillets (or any other fresh fish)
-1/2 cup Mayonnaise
-3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
