| Cream butter and brown sugar. Add 1/4 cup whipping cream. Mix well and add flour, soda, oatmeal. Save 1/3 cup for topping. Press 2/3 cup in jelly roll pan. Bake 350°F for 12 minutes. Melt caramels with 2/3 cup whipping cream. Spread on baked crust. Add the nuts to reserved topping mix. Spread on top of caramel. Bake 12-15 minutes. |
