Directions
Cut long crab sticks in half. Pull apart in shreds. Slice egg whites. Hand mix crab, egg whites, mayonnaise, cucumbers, cabbage and wasabi together. Then sprinkle a little bit of salt. Put salad mixture in a large serving dish. Next, crumble the yolks with your hands and sprinkle on top of salad mixture.
 
 
Ingredients
-2 packages imitation crab (Haitai Seafood brand from Korean store)
-3 tablespoons real mayonnaise
-2 cucumbers, peeled and julienned
-1/4 cabbage, julienne sliced (small)
-6 boiled eggs, yolks removed and set aside
- Sprinkle of salt
-1/2 teaspoon wasabi
