CHICKEN FRANCESE - Recipe

Directions
Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika.

Dip chicken in eggs and then dredge in flour mixture.

Brown chicken in a large greased skillet. Remove chicken from pan, pour in broth and melt butter.

Squeeze juice of 2 lemons in broth mixture.

In a large baking dish,place the chicken in a single layer. Pour the broth mixture over the chicken. Bake covered in oven at 350° for 20 minutes.

-2 pounds chicken cutlets, sliced thin
-6 tablespoons flour
- salt and pepper, to taste
-1 teaspoon paprika
-2 eggs, beaten
-1 can chicken broth (14 ounce can)
-1/2 cup butter
