| | Directions | | Heat oven to 350°. Grease a loaf or tube pan and flour well. Sift together all dry ingredients. Mix sugar, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Stir pumpkin into egg mixture. Gradually add sifted dry ingredients to egg mixture. Fold raisins and nuts into batter. Pour batter into pan and bake 1 hour and 15-20 minutes or until done. |
