Directions

Mix cake ingredients and bake in a greased 9" x 13" pan at 350° for 35-45 minutes.

Mix glaze ingredients. Make fork holes throughout the just-baked cake and pour the glaze over the cake.

-		3/4 cup water
-		Glaze
-		2 cups confectioners sugar
-		Juice and rind of 2 lemons
