Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease bundt cake pan. Beat all ingredients together until well mixed. Pour batter into pan. Bake for about 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack. Invert onto a cake platter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
NOTE: Richly chocolate, moist and delicious.
