| | Directions | | Mix cracker crumbs and melted oleo for crust and press into 8 or 9" pie pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Then gradually blend in 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Pour mixture over crust. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Spoon topping over pie. Bake 10 minutes longer. Cool. |
