CRUST: Combine crust ingredients. Press into bottom of 9" springform pan. Chill. FILLING: Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add pumpkin, spices and salt; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well. Pour into crust. Bake for 50 minutes.

TOPPING: Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread mixture over filling and return to oven for 5 minutes. Cool on rack. Chill overnight. Serves 12 to 16.

-1/4 teaspoon salt

-1 cream cheese (2 cup 16 ounce )
-2 tablespoons sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla
