| Directions | In mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the pie filling. Beat until well blended. Dough is thick. Spread 1/2 the batter into 9X13" greased pan. Top with cherry pie filling and drop (in dollops) the rest of the batter over the pie filling. Bake cake in 350° oven for 45 minutes. While the cake is still warm frost with powdered sugar frosting to form glaze. |
