Combine flour and sugar in mixing bowl. Heat margarine, cocoa, coca cola to boiling and pour over flour mixture. Mix thoroughly. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows. Beat together. Bake in 9 x 13 pan @ 350° for 30 - 35 min
Icing - heat margarine, cocoa, and coca cola to boiling, then add box of powdered sugar and chopped pecans. Spread on hot cake.
