Directions
Beat together cream cheese, sugar and 2 T. milk. Spread in prepared pie shell. Top with diced peaches, pressing down lightly. Mix pudding with milk. Add almond extract. let stand 5 minutes. Fold in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip and spoon over top. Chill for 3 hours, or freeze for 1 hour. Garnish with rest of Cool Whip. (Additional peach slices can also be used for garnish. Add just before serving or sprinkle with fruit fresh so they don't turn brown.)

-2 peaches, peeled and pitted (medium)
-1 vanilla or lemon flavored instant pudding (small)
-1 cup milk
-1/2 teaspoon almond extract
-8 ounces Cool Whip
