Directions

NOTE: You can use any flavor of jello that you like to make different flavors. You can also use sugar-free jello too.

Mix jello, cottage cheese, cream cheese and Cool Whip in a medium bowl until mixed well.

Stir in pineapple chunks and pecans. Refrigerate.

-		1 package lime jello (small package)
-		1 cup small curd cottage cheese
-		8 ounces cream cheese, softened
-		8 ounces Cool Whip
-		1 can pineapple chunks, drained (small can)
-		1/2 cup pecans, chopped
