| | Directions | | Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs and buttermilk. Add flour, cocoa and soda. Add boiling water and vanilla. Bake at 350 in a 9x13" pan for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from center. Let cake cool before icing. Beat all icing ingredients adding more milk or more powdered sugar to a good spreading consistency. |
