Directions
Drain cherries reserving juice. In small saucepan mix together juice, sugar and corn starch. Cook over medium stirring constantly, until comes to a boil and boils 1 minute. Stir in margarine, lemon juice and food coloring. Remove from heat. Add cherries. Pour hot cherry mixture into 10" x 6" x 2" baking dish. Drop Biscuit Dough by teaspoonfuls onto hot cherry mixture. Bake in 400°F oven 20 to 30 until Biscuit Dough is golden. Makes 6 servings

-1 can red sour cherries, packed inch water (16 ounce can)
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 tablespoon corn starch
-1 tablespoon Mazola margarine
-1 teaspoon lemon juice
-3 drops red food coloring
-1 recipe Biscuit Dough (recipe follows)
