-		1 Triple Fudge Cake Mix (Devils Food will also work)
-		1 box instant vanilla pudding (small box)
-		1 cup vegetable oil
-		1 1/4 cups Milk
-		3 Eggs
-		ICING
-		8 ounces cream cheese
-		1 cup powdered sugar
-		5 Hershey bars (chopped into small pieces)
-		1 cup granulated sugar
-		12 ounces Cool Whip
