Cream butter & sugar with an electric mixer. Beat in Hershey's Syrup. Beat in eggs (one at a time). Gradually add flour. Fold in nuts. Put on a greased jelly roll pan (or cookie sheet with sides). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
