| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order they are listed. Spray a 12 1/2 in. x 17 1/2 in. x 1 in. pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. While cooling, mix frosting ingredients. Frost. Note: If you have bananas that are getting too ripe, peel three and wrap in clear plastic wrap. Put in freezer bag and freeze. For use, thaw and use in recipes like this one or banana bread. |
