Beat brown sugar and oil for 3 minutes. Add eggs and beat. Add dry ingredients and beat. Cut up pineapple chunks a little. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Recipe calls for two 10" pans, but I use one 11x15" casserole pan. Cook at 350° for 35 minutes, may need to be cooked longer, just check after 35 minutes.
Top with Lime or Lemon Cream Frosting:
Combine ingredients and beat smooth. May need more juice.

1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)

3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
