| | Directions | | Cover baking pans with brown paper on bottoms and sides. Grease paper. Bake 2 hrs. for medium-sized pans, 3 hrs, for tube pan and 1 1/3 hrs. for small loaves at 300°. Cool 12 to 24 hrs. before removing from pans. Makes 2 loaves. Store 10 days or more before serving. |
