Gently fold cookie crumbs into Cool Whip. Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package. Pour 1/2 of pudding into parfait glasses. Top each with about 4 T.. topping mixture. Spoon reminaing pudding on top. Garnish with a dollop of Cool Whip and whole Oreo cookie.
