Mix first 5 ingredients together and set aside. On medium speed, beat wet ingredients until combined. Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix until combined. Flour and grease 9x13 pan and pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Icing - cream together butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Ice cake in pan once cool. Cut into bars and serve.
