| | Directions | | Divide fruit among 6 parfait glasses. Stir boiling water into jello until dissolved. Stir in cold water and 3/4 cup ice cubes. Pour 3/4 cup jello over fruit in glasses. Refrigerate 20 minutes until set but not firm. Mix 1 cup whipped topping into remaining jello with whisk until smooth. Spoon over gelatin in glasses. Refrigerate 1 hour. Garnish with remaining whipped topping. |
