| | Directions | | Crumb crackers in a bag with a rolling pin. Add pecans. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Fold in egg white mixture into cracker crumbs and nuts. Pour mixture into well greased pie tin or plate and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. When cool spread on whipped cream or topping . Garnish with tinted coconut and chocolate shavings if desired. |
