Chocolate Mousse 16 - Recipe

Directions
Melt chocolate and margarine together over low heat. Beat egg yolks and add to chocolate mixture. Add liqueur. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate mixture. Pour into 9x13 inch pan or container and freeze. Scoop out with spoon and top with chocolate shavings, if desired.

VARIATION: Use as a layer in a trifle dessert.

-1/2 cup Margarine
-12 eggs, separated
-2/3 tablespoon chocolate liqueur or rum
-1/2 cup sugar
- Chocolate shavings, optional
