| | Directions | | Cream sugar and oil together. Add eggs and pumpkin; mix well. Sift together dry ingredients; add dry ingredients alternately with water. Pour into two well greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans or tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until tests done. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cool. |
