Mix pudding, unflavored gelatin and milk together. Fold in Cool Whip when pudding mixture is smooth.

Place a layer of graham crackers in 9x13 inch pan. Cover the graham crackers with one-half of the pudding mixture; add another graham cracker layer over the pudding mixture. Finish with remaining pudding and top with a layer of graham crackers.

For frosting, beat ingredients together and spread on top of graham crackers.

-2 boxes French Vanilla Pudding (small boxes)
-1 packet unflavored gelatin
-2 2/3 cups milk
-8 ounces Cool Whip
-1 box graham crackers
- FROSTING:
-3/4 cup powdered sugar
-2 teaspoons white Karo syrup
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-3 tablespoons butter, softened
-3 tablespoons milk
-12 ounces milk chocolate chips, melted
