Peach Bellini - Recipe

Perfect summer cocktail to keep you cool. These taste just like in the restaurant. Fresh peaches would also be a treat and you probably wouldn't need the added sugar. You could make it in advance and freeze until ready to serve, too.

Directions

Place the vodka, schnapps, peaches, sugar and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the champagne and blend just to get it combined. Serve.

-		3 ounces vodka
-		6 ounces peach schnapps
-		16 ounces peaches - frozen, sliced
-		2 tablespoons sugar
-		ice
-		1 bottle champagne
