| Directions | In large bowl combine peaches, plums, and lemon juice. In separate bowl combine sugar, tapioca, and lemon rind. Add to fruit, then pour into a 9-inch pie pastry. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° for 35-45 minutes. |
